Uniforms: "A Mike Ryan Joint"
Posted 11/10/2009 11:30:00 AM
Those of you who were not paying attention last Sunday might have missed one of the greatest occurrences in the history of sports. Never have my eyes been so blessed with something so amazing. I’m obviously writing about the Titans-49ers game. The 34-27 outcome had nothing to do with why this game was so great. In fact, the game was pretty sloppy. The only thing I took away from that game was how sick the uniform clash was. I spent all day searching for the perfect picture to describe the emotions my eyes were going through. Nothing could live up to beautiful live action HD cameras filming every sweet second.
See I happen to love uniforms. It’s pretty much the best thing about sports. I’m not the only one. Turns out there are plenty of people just like me. People like me who gag at the very sight of the ...
Damn it, Randy Lerner!

Eight Months ago when the Browns named Eric Mangini Head
Coach I became enraged. I couldn’t understand how an underachieving coach who
was fired a few weeks earlier could get another opportunity so soon. “Why Me!?”
I yelled. It doesn’t make sense! How could the team’s owner Randy Lerner be so
stupid!? He’s always making the worst possible decisions. He’s obsessed with
the Bill Belichick coaching tree despite Belichick failing when he was
Cleveland’s Head Coach.
I always get upset when Dan’s coaching argument carries over
into football. I understand that coaching is overstated. However, in football,
coaching matters more than any other sport. A good chunk of football is
scheming and game planning. I think a really bad coach can affect a team much
more than a good coach. Players won’t give up on a good coach this early in the
season.
Believe it or not I’m not that ...
I have nothing to blog about.

I originally wrote a page about how excited I am about the new Program Director. It wasn’t very good. I realize I really have nothing to say. I certainly have nothing witty or smart to give you this time around (your insult here). Instead of having a theme to this entry into my blog I’m just going to throw a bunch of crap out there.
1.) JaMarcus Russell is really bad at football. Being a Browns fan I never like calling any quarterbacks drafted early a bust until I’m absolutely sure. In fact, Tim Couch wasn’t a bust. He won 2 games via Hail Marry pass and led the Browns to their only playoff appearance since they returned to the NFL in 1999. He was injured late in that season and was replaced by Kelly Holcomb who did a very good job for them. People forget how good Tim Couch ...
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia

It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia is the greatest sitcom of
our generation.
You read correctly.
It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia is the greatest sitcom of
all time!
Forget Seinfeld, I Love Lucy, Cheers, The Office, or any
other show you may think is the G.O.A.T. It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia is
the greatest invention since Fantasy Football.
Those of you who do not watch the show are probably already
livid. Those of you that do watch the show no doubt agree. IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY IN
PHILADELPHIA IS THE GREATEST SHOW OF ALL TIME!
I have bad news for those of you that don’t watch the
G.O.A.T…. It’s too late. You missed the party. The ship has left the dock. John
Abraham has sacked the quarterback. You can’t jump on now. This train is
already a movin’. Even if you desperately wanted to be ...
Lollapalooza 2009 By Mike Ryan

Hey Guys
Sorry about the delay in getting a new blog up. The past couple of weeks have been kind of hectic. Anyways I worked on a video blog for quite some time last week and I could never get it to load on our website. You can check out my video blog at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NIXlaWj3a80 Regardless, a new blog has been long overdue so let’s get it going.
Lollapalooza 2009 was everything you would ever expect and more. The bill was headlined by Depeche Mode, Kings of Leon, Yeah Yeah Yeahs (filling in for Beastie Boys), Tool, Jane’s Addiction, and The Killers. Of those 6 tremendous acts I saw Kings of Leon, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, and The Killers. The Yeah Yeah Yeahs were the best out of the three surprisingly enough. I had seen live performances of theirs from a few years ago and they’ve come an extremely long way. ...
