They have an aggressive franchising champaign and want to be nationwide by 2010. Which is why you see Jack in the Box comercials on some cable shows even though we don't have them. IF he showed up of his own choice the show can no longer say that he has never gone to a sporting event without being forced. Just trying to keep it honest.
